CQC application status: WJM Social Care Ltd is currently applying to the Care Quality Commission for registration to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care. Regulated personal-care services will not commence until registration has been granted.

Support that respects home and independence. Person-centred care and support for adults living in supported-living accommodation, with housing and care arrangements kept appropriately separate.
02 / DOMICILIARY CARE
Care in familiar surroundings.
Care in the place you know best. Personal care and agreed daily-living support provided in a person's own home according to their assessed needs and care plan.

WJM is developing services for adults aged 18–65 with mild learning disabilities, mild physical disabilities and mild mental-health support needs.
Every referral will be considered individually before we decide whether WJM can safely and appropriately meet the person's needs.
Referral Assessment
We consider personal care, communication, mobility, medicines, mental wellbeing, capacity, safeguarding, environmental risks, staffing requirements and desired outcomes.

WJM takes concerns about abuse, neglect, exploitation and improper treatment seriously. People receiving support should feel safe and know how to raise a concern.

Induction, training, supervision and competency assessment appropriate to staff responsibilities.
Quality Monitoring
Care reviews, audits, incidents, complaints and feedback are used to monitor and improve the service.
